Anyone wishing to belay must pass a mandatory ($5) belay test prior to meeting to climb outdoors. Belay lessons are available in the gym. Belayers must be 16 or older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent. All climbers must sign an outdoor climbing liability release waiver. Climbers under 18 years old must have the waiver signed by a parent. Signatures not witnessed by a Wilkes Barre Rocks employee must be notarized. The rain date for each event will be two weeks after the original date, or by special appointment.
