Wilkes-Barre Rocks hosted a slide show by the intrepid climber and photographer extraordinaire, Rob Holzman, on June 21, to help raise funds to replace the aging hardware on many of our local crags. You may have seen Rob's photographs in the gym or in one of the climbing magazines, like V-Bouldering. He's a terrific photographer and he gave us all the latest scoop on climbing, including information on local crags. Rob presented a personalized history of climbing and rounded it out with some of the local legends and lore. A five dollar donation was requested and we raised over $100.00 for new hardware. We also sold tickets for a 50/50 drawing and raised some money for the Access Fund. We would like to extend our thanks to Rob and everyone who attended!
